So my little pipped Serama egg yesterday... had not progressed so I looked closely and he could pip but couldn't move in there at all. I am not sure if this guy was one in the bator and maybe humidity was too high? I am loosing track of these Serama eggs. I helped him out a little and put him in the bator till he climbed out of his bottom shell and dried a bit. I put him back under mama and today he is doing great! Another all yellow chick! Can't wait to see if they have any color come in!

*Sigh* Me too. I really Hope time speeds up.

This is my first hatch, So I am hoping to at least get 2 hatches, I set 6. Time needs to speed up! hahah

: ) The first chick is a lighter yellow... almost white, so at least I can tell them apart!

I have 5 more Serama eggs with unknown hatch days!? They must be about 2 days apart because my hen who laid them in my broody's nest lays every other day. I am trying to guess by candling but it is hard to tell!! Having a chick hatch everyday or every other day is kind of my dream but also a nightmare... exciting and stressful!

Glad I have my first Serama assist under my belt... I have been nervous to hatch Seramas in my incubator... but I think I can relax now. They are just like any other egg... just a wee bit smaller

Anyone on here hatching quail today?

I have quail eggs that will maybe hatch today....

my auto turner on my incubator stopped working, and I didn't know it, for the first about 5 days of incubation!

So, I am super wondering what, if anything, will hatch.

I actually thought that they should have hatched yesterday, but only now do I have two pips with tiny starts of zips.

I have 18 eggs that are "clearly not clear".  the darn things are so tiny, as well as pretty dark and spotted, so I really don't know more than that.

I AM NOT A PATIENT PERSON!!!!  

How are the quail coming along!!   

I haven't hatched quail yet, but I have some tiny Serama eggs and they can be hard to see into... so I feel your frustration!  I hope some are hatching for you!

So..... I have no idea why they are all so late, but at least I have some out, and maybe more coming.... Shipped eggs are always such a gamble, and since I messed up the beginning of the incubation....i am definitely a bit worried.

Is anyone else having trouble uploading pics? Been trying all afternoon without success. The image uploads to about 75% then stops and I get an error message. Have tried different pics with the same results.
