Augusta Maine Poultry/ Farm Days Swap at Tractor supply 2012

I had a great day at the swap, lovely weather, lots of great friends and beautiful birds, goats and a few rabbits. next month we have 2 swaps at this location due to having a 4th saturday and a "last" saturday (a fifth saturday).
see you all then and laura, i hope you feel better.

I had a great day at the swap ! I traded 3 large jars and one small jar of honey for 8 chickens. I got 2 huge Barred Rocks, and 6 OEG bantams. The OEG's the lady just didn't want to take home.

Two swaps next month sounds great!!!

I continue to need a FCB Marans Cockerel to replace the one foxy snatched.

Does anyone have Saxony or Apple Yard?? I would like a pair at least but a trio is better.

Anyone have a kacki Polish, cockerel prefered?

I have a production Light Brahma. I want heritage. She is friendly and the only one I have here.

I have a black ameraucana cockeral if any one wants him, I was hoping for a pullet but you know how that goes. he is free for the taking, not big enough to eat but is outside. I also have some paint silkie roos, good starter birds if you want to start into paint silkies but the color is a bit smutty, they also carry khaki. pm me on these if interested. and last but not least, a beautiful african grey parrot chatterbox. pm me on him as well.

I still have all of these if anyone is looking for them and i will can bring them to the swap this saturday. I also have a bunch of 7' long welded wire cages with 1/2" x 1' spacing some are 1"x 1" and some smaller 2x2x3 of 1x 1/2" welded wire. cheap prices but must be picked up here as I have no way to transport. some of these have over $100 worth of wire in them but I'd like $20 for the smalls and $45- 50 for the large cages.these make great chicken tractors. my turkey lives in one of these and I wheel him around the yard to fresh grass.
