And especially post if you have white Australorps, there are far to few out there!

My Black Australorps are good layers, couple of my 4 went broody multiple times, after laying for a month or so. So the following year I gave them fertile eggs to hatch, they are not as good moms since they’re not as protective as my RIR, a few of the chicks got killed when they abandoned them too early. It could be because of their age, but I have Black Copper Marans that are great moms @year old.
