My austra white is 5 months old. I noticed a few times that her neck feathers were wet a while ago but unsure how or why. Other than that she’s been healthy, active, and happy. She seemed fine this morning but when I went to check on the chickens during lunch, I noticed she was standing still, open mouth breathing and wheezing. She seems to be closing her eyes as she has labored breathing. She seemed to sneeze a few times but it’s very squeaky and she is not clucking. I also noticed that she was not eating or drinking and has watery poop.
Can anyone advise on what might be happening with her? I’ve already separated her from the rest of the chickens.

Could be an respiratory infection, do you have a vet near you, where you can get antibiotics? In cases like this you have to act very fast sadly :( also try giving some herbal tea for her throat and cooked eggs to strengthen her

Look into her throat before giving anything. Is she coughing or sneezing? Any bubbles or swelling of her eye.

No new birds. No swelling, bubbles or mucus/fluids around her nose, beak, or eyes. It had rained pretty hard a few days before but had access to dry, covered area. I had to take her to the vet and they recommended putting her down ):
