Thanks Sam been away most of the weekend with state squad training to find her already gone. Took some pics today before the weather closed in, will upload later.
Duchess had a an abscess and the farrier had a hard time getting to it. She has a hole just under the coronet, we packed it and sprayed it with Terramycin . All we can do now is pray that infection doesn't set in. This is dutchy, she's a sweety.

I am trying to convince hubby to let me hatch quail next ! And suggestions ? He says no !

Tell him there is a huge demand for quail eggs in the local restaurant .
