As far as I can tell they are still judged in their breed category, but as a colour not yet recognised . When my daughter took ' Jaffa ' to a show he took out best AOV , because he's a red partridge . The only colours on the day that were in contention for ' best in breed ' were white and black.

Yes he is Sam. I only took him to 2 shows and he ' cleaned up ' then it got worried about BIOSECURITY . The last show we took him to a lady offered me $300 for him. Glad I didn't sell him cause he has fathered some lovely chicks.

Yeah, I have just been finishing school work mainly.

Not a lot is happening really. I am getting a bit bored with my flock at the moment, non are laying, no new ones and all I am doing is just feeding them once a day and giving them water and that's all.
I'm thinking of getting Geese though hahaha.

You know some peoples kids collect stamps , coins and even dolls, but not mine. We just rescued another OTT race horse. Apparently he was destined to be fed to the lions, literaly. He runs his last race on Sunday and all being well we will make the trip to Launceston next week and bring home to join our ever growing herd.
