How is everyone through this second lot of weather? It's blowing a gale down around our area and rain is pelting down.
Here are some photo's i took this morning when there was a break in the rain. ( Sam you can see the size of my Dotte in these photo's ).

Got the new tanks in, it's been 4 days and they are already overflowing.

My new rooster! sorry, red eye.

Satay this is my RIR bantam broody, she has 6 of Maxi's egg under her.

this is my new 3rd broody, she is evil, I'm planning on putting some of Maxi's egg under her when they are closer to hatching.

Sam, this is how big my Dotte is, she is probably a bit smaller than my POL Langshan she is feeding with.

My ducks love the rain.

This photo is so cool, if you enlarge it, his comb is all like blurry and weird, i like it.

also ash how are your boer goats? i bought 10 recently, 9 females 1 lucky male. lol. i have put them in a paddock with 2 alpacas as guardians. they are in about 7-9 acres with a permant creek running through. they are beautiful to watch, how they run around together, i just cant get close to them. any tips on getting them more freindly?

Satay this is Frizzle Mc Duff. She has got 8 of Maxi's eggs under her.

This is not an nesting box, the chickens made a nest on the floor of the roosting shed behind this screen I put there and Frizz decided to brood there. ( Funny Chickens ). It is really dark and dry there. I hope the rain doesn't wreck this.

New Marans have moved into the coop with everyone, the seem to actually like rain.lol. They follow me around everywhere, I really like them.

Train them to the white bucket. You will need to give them a small amount of hard feed every day. They will soon learn to come when you call them.
My buck died last year- I think I will give the girls a years rest, and buy a new buck later in the year.
