These were my two ( still have the caramel coloured one) they were smaller than I expec but they only lay 40-50g eggs so thinking they will seem small to a standard lorp LOL
Also correct me if I'm wrong But don't Australia have tailed arau's due to the fatality rate of rumpless arau's . Positive I read somewhere 3/5 or 4/5 die due to tailless geneMine have occasionaly thrown tailless birds. It is the ear tuft gene that is 50% (?) lethal.Those black birds in your photo are Araucana cross- not pure. The lavender ones look OK.
