@Anniebee
Sadly they don't really get to enjoy the greenery. Without fail if I let them out our hawk population comes to visit for the next week. So it's strictly supervised grazing onlyWhich is also why it's still so green![]()

Welcome! Love the pics! So, it is looking like the 12[SUP]th[/SUP] of May might be pet relocation day and the 16[SUP]th[/SUP] of June relocation day for me. So looking forward to having it all done and dusted and more importantly, getting to see hubby again! If it is the 16th of June, we would have been apart for 14 weeks. The Easter weather at Forrest Beach was not kind as far as coop progress goes but these are the latest from Easter Monday:

He is beautiful Anni.To Harmsody, Fizzybelle and Teila ... First - Teila - I love your suggestions for names for the little tike - who is now shown below here. Particularly "Shermie". hmmm. Will have to rethink it all. He's been ignoring Sherloh-Benny ( don't blame him ) .... but I do like Shermie. Here he is - looks bigger than he really is, in these photos :![]()

This one below, was taken with a flash setting, so is much lighter and shows a couple of dirty dog paw marks on the tiles !!!
He is quite adorable, but had an attack of the mads today. Miss Ruby adores him and stands at his 5 star accommodation bedroom, begging me to let him out ( again ), but as they both have to be supervised, and the little boy sleeps some of the time, Miss Ruby has to miss out on occasions. He is out playing with her several times a day now, which is superb since he's only been with us 10 days. Wednesday he has a vaccination ... and onwards from there ( including neutering asap ). While I was rounding up Molly RIR from free ranging a few days back, Miss Ruby snuck into the run, and I found her with her nose underneath Mandy - looking for more chookie woopsies. Mandy ( I kind of think ) was delighted with the attention. Didn't peck, just accepted all that was going on. She'd have definitely moved away, if she hadn't enjoyed it all. Mandy gets around quite well, to where she wants to be ... walking, occasionally low flying and flapping, but generally goes where she wants to get what she wants. Poor girl is still moulting heavily, but pin feathers are growing now - thank heaven. Cheers all ~~
