It looks clean now, you will need to keep it clean. At the first sign of infection I'd be inclined to spray it with Terramycin . You can buy it at Roberts it's about $30 a can and just about the only antibiotic you can still buy otc . It's in the cattle section, pink eye spray.

It's been clean the whole time never had any more than what is there.

Should I put a dressing on it to keep it clean and should I keep giving him electrolytes? He only took a tiny bit. Also should I be using iodine or something on the belly? My brooder will stay immaculate i'm changing puppy pads after every poo for now.

Yeah no more pipping yet and yesterday was day 28 aargh. I didn't have any problems with the last hatch this morning. Sorry I thought I had sent this.
I have moved the 2 ducks brooder now and I have shown them the water. All they want to do at the moment is sleep. No more pipping this afternoon either. Not sure how long too wait before I candle and see if there are any left. I guess at least another day.

At least there's 2 I hope they are girls. I think I will get some eggs from the other place if I don't get anymore ducklings. Maybe then I get pair them up and have my own fertile eggs. Though that will be a long time for you K Riggs to wait for my eggs. These are my
