Australia - Six states..and that funny little island.

This weeks update on grain change.. Average 8 eggs a day for the last week. May change next week as the brahma's left to go to dad's yesterday. So far still a slight increase each week.

Haven't eaten one of mine but I saw them for sale in coles yesterday in a 4 pk. They were $24.99 a kilo. What do they taste like?
We had quails for dinner last night for the first time. I prepared 6 birds, but nana took two home for looking after my son while I was preparing them :) Actually she was looking after him all day so we could do our own things..... Took forever due to lack of experience, but they are easier than chickens.
Must admit they are really nice, the meat if firm and dark. No wonder they are considered a delicacy in a restaurant :)
