Blackberries sound yummy. I tried to grow tropical raspberries out here but it was just too hot darn.
Try atherton raspberry, they can take the hottest temps. They don't really taste like the traditional raspberry, but they are so prolific...and still nice, just mild. Chickens like them too.
Out of all other raspberries I tried only the yellow one performs well in Brisbane. I had to get rid of all the other cane berries to make space for something else that performs.
I have pepinos too, and trying with dragonfruit again. Never had fruits, but found out what I was doing wrong.

Seems everyone has quite a range of fruit trees :)

We've got a bush lemon tree, Two different type of mandarine tree, An orange tree, A mango tree, Lemonade tree, Guava, I also have an apple and a pear tree but we've not had anything on those yet

Roo went ok on his first night here, Didn't hear a peep from him until 6:30 in the am today, He's crowed on and off all day but then once the girls were up in the roost we didn't hear a peep again. Hoping it stays like this as its quite nice so far :)

Love hearing all the cool trees you guys have :) I just have three avocados, an apple, a lemon, something that's somewhere between a plum and an apricot, an olive and a fig. Bought the fig recently and it only had one leaf, which the chickens of course proceeded to peck off . Do you think it'll be alright come spring?

Do eggs need to turn for the first day or so? I want to set my new incubator but just have to fix up the cradle which will have to wit till I can get to the store tomorrow for glue.

If you turn them manually in the morning, then that would be fine. They only really need turning twice a day.
