lol I started with 9 hens but really only wanted 2 or 3 at the time. Now look how many I have lol. It really can be addictive.

Very true, I didn't even want chickens to start with, my wife nagged me for ages. I was right though, they are not just "chuck 'em down the back and get eggs" type of pet, they are pretty high maintenance for low maint pets lol
