Yes Sam , were just waiting on the hay man to come in and cut, weather permitting he will fluff and bail before New Year's Eve. We are just having a quite one.
Some friends over for crayfish and a barby. Lost my old roo Hercules last night, he was a lovely boy.

Only joking!  I only lost HALF a days chook house building, as my family met for the evening meal on Xmas day!

Imagine your poor kids talking to the grand kids if you have any... No we can not go to popies house yet as he will be hen house building til dusk and no one is allowed to interrupt that .. You kids will just have to wait a little longer ..

Any updated pics of the new barnies Sam? Luke not long to go for your eggs too now. Will try to get pics tomorrow of new banties. Had to duck to bunnings today to buy a new wheelbarrow. It's a 50 min drive each way and then had sister in law from brissy drop in so ran out of time.

Woke up at 2.30 am to find 4 babies hatched!
Another 4 eggs still in the incubator.
They sure take their time, not like quails popping out like popcorn!
