It could be fowl pox. It takes about 3 weeks for it to pass, but you have to keep the food up to her. At the chemist you can buy " pentavite " without iron. Put 3 drops in the water , if she is still drinking. Can she eat? Look down her throat to see if there are any lesions there. Isolate her from your other chooks.
