OMG! Can't believe they are back again! Won't bother looking on the home page till they can get rid of the spammers. Very frustrating for everyone, especially the moderators.

appps and locknest4 ....  this intrigues me --- I have never ever seen anything in another language on these pages ?   Yet so many have seen these spammers on BYC.  

I am gathering here, they appear only on the home page ? so I went there, but could find nothing except a scrolling slide show thing of chickens, and some listed threads etc.    I come exclusively to this thread only - first time in years that I have gone to the home page.

So - I am wondering what kind of computer ( Windows or Apple ) you are using - or is it iPad or an Android phone.   Android phones get a lot of spamming if you don't have anti-virus protection to jump on them.   Don't know about iPad ... I imagine it is protected.  

Would be interested to know -  and yes, the moderators must be really pleased - NOT.

I go on BYC on both the iPad and my Samsung mobile phone and get the spammers on both

Just put 4 day old chicks under my mumma hen. She didnt seem to notice but ill go down in 10-15 mins and check on them. I havent turned the brooder off yet just in case. I got two gold laced wyandottes and two blue australorps. Fingers crossed she accepts them.

Anniebee oh yeah, didn’t think of the having to ‘part with the puppy’ bit .. that would be hard.

I only have 44 friends on FB, after some culling and to be honest, my FB friends pretty much just get the same news you guys do, just not as much

I am using a Windows 7 Professional PC and have seen the spamming in the New Posts thread. The mods are pretty good at getting rid of it fairly quickly and it also helps when the members ‘report’ it.

As promised, pumpkin pics .. I think he did a great job! The pumpkin guts got thrown to the gals while they were in the garden. As expected we got the "You really expect us to eat that?!" look and at the end of the day the guts got fed to the compost bin

Well she kept them warm all night but when i went down there this morning she had left them all in the nest. When i tried to put them with her and her chick she tried to peck at them. So back up to the brooder they came. my daughter will be happy at least. She cant hold the parent raised ones as much.

AB ur poem was amazing I loved it! And raising a guide dog would be such a wonderful and fulfilling thing to do. Really making a huge difference on someones life well done to him and best of luck.

Broody 2 is still sleeping outside with her 7 chicks.. wont leave the broody area even tho the door is always open for her. Give her her own time i guess. Funny thing is thats the new cool hang out.. everyone else joins her in there too!

Got an extra feeder and waterer the other day as now there are so many they were going through the lot each day! There are now 2 big waters 2 big feeders, a medium feeder and waterer and a 1 litre waterer - only small one they had when i went shopping for another broody waterer.

Well my tax season has officially finished (am working just 1-2 days a week in the off season). Since July I have done 374 returns! No wonder i feel like im waiting to let out a huge sigh haha
