I need help too.
I have a dorking chick with one leg that looks splayed. It hatched sat/sun. I've never had a chick with splayed legs so I'm going by google pics. Anyway it is only one leg and looks splayed when "it goes out from under her" when she moves quickly. She can pull it up under her and stand normally - although hunched and she can walk normally on it slowly. She shows no distress when I examine it and I can move it every way it should without a problem and again she shows no distress.
Should I tape it?
I would , otherwise it will continue to rotate outwards. I use a bandaid , they seem to stay put better.
