Lucky you, it's raining here in dreary old Melbourne. Hey Christie, do you know City Chicks? They're based in Elmore but come to some of the farmers markets down here. Hi all. U people with ur bloody minimal sleep n being so chipper about it HAH. Got hardly any sleep last night n I'm NOT getting more done! Would love if did!!!

My eyes hurt, can't stop yawning and only got out of bed cos wanted let chooks into run. Is first job of day after getting dressed. I leave water in coop but not food to minimize mice etc and as soon as I'm up they're out so I figure that should b fine. Have heard some people leave in coop til midday for ease of collecting eggs. Should b fine shouldn't it. When they get in run only 2-3 head for food trough n rest just fossick in dirt/straw even if I have two troughs out so it's not a bully thing

Another beautiful day in good ol Adelaide. Thought it was sposed to b horrible wet this weekend but is gorgeous.

Glad I'm not the only one this happens to as well! I used to listen to my classmates talking about being meticulous with their 10 hr sleep schedules... and wonder how they could still stay awake

I got my standard seven hours last night. Stayed up late half-watching some movie called Timeline.

Grounded qantas yesterday before 6 as saw on news. Have friends stranded in Sydney thinking of hiring car. 18 hr drive back. Yuk!

Yep, I usually watch Air Crash Investigations on a Sat. night but I had ABC 24 on for hours. Eventually I got tired of Gillard's voice though so I went back to the movie

Yeah. Midnight is a normal bed time for me.

Well the guy that was supposed to come yesterday to take all the roosters didn't come. So I called him this morning and he's too busy

So now we've organized that I drop off two roosters on Tuesday. Only two.
I have a major case of chicken stress at the moment

That voice of hers gives me the shivers.
And to think she's representing US to the rest of the world. Scary. And did you like the time she was doing that speech and said "with miy dreadful Auuuuustralian accent". I was thinking, just yours Julia, just you.​
