agree with @Acre4Me its all in the color of the foot bottoms. Where did you get him? what's his heritage? is he from Hatchery stock?
Let us know the color!

I looked at the feet today, and they're pinkish white. So must be an Australorp! The lady got him from a feed store... So most likely a hatchery stock. But otherwise the history is really unknown
