Australorp pullets or roos?

We got these Australorps (and one other that I don't have a recent picture of) four weeks ago from Tractor Supply, but they seem older than other 4 week old pictures I've seen of this breed, so I'm not 100% sure on their age. We got a straight run because my daughter loved their personality, but we were hoping for hens. Any hope of either of these being pullets? Top is Bob, other two are Crow. (I take zero responsibility for their names 😆)
 
A personal experience that always prooves to be true by looking at the tail! You can tell me that I'm wrong but that is always how it works out for me
Tails are actually inaccurate in sexing chickens. Sickle feathers develop very late into a chicken's life and certainly would not be evident in these chicks
