Love seeing pics of your blues and splashes everyone. Thought I would share some pics of the parents of some of my breeders.
Firstly here are a couple breeders just to remind you all who I am talking about.
First pullet:
Second pullet
Now I do not own the parent birds just to clarify.
Here is a link to a pic of one of the possible mothers to my two birds. The link is to an online show so the second bird on this page could be the mother to my birds. If it is not the mother it is the Aunty so still related. Remember scroll to the second bird and then click on each pic to enlarge it. She got Champion Softfeather Heavy. http://www.backyardpoultry.com/index.php?page=./os/2007/aut/largesfh.html
You know it Dan..nothin wrong with taking exemplary care of your bee bees..as we all do... I have no idea why these girls all clog up on top of the door, they have tree stumps all over to sit on..that one standing in front almost looks like a very dark blue doesnt it? almost like there is lacing there..but those are just baby feathers and will be gone pretty soon..

Quote: Thank you Ron. I really do enjoy fussing with them. They seem like they are getting a bit feisty toward each other in the brooder box now. Two are take flying leaps at one another and also do the chest bumps. Is that roo behavior? I can't wait to get them out in the coop and paddock. ~Dee~
