Hi Ron, I see you are almost always on line. I like reading your comments.

We just bought the farm a year ago last fall and inherited some barnyards. This is my first year breeding. I bought my stock from a couple of breeders last fall. I also purchased a couple of Hatchrites that need a little work. (new controls) I should have them up and running in a month if I get my arse in gear. I'm going to use one as a bator and one as a hatcher. But that will be the middle of maple sugaring season then. The snow will start to melt and the sap will run as well as the wiskey.
What I see from experienced breeders is they have started already and I'm likely going to have some young birds when the fall shows come around. How do you like to see the season progess in your neck of the woods? What are your plans and how do you manage to stick to them?
