I use 100% granulated PDZ and some of mine have watery poop from time to time so I make it 1/2" deep as it seems to help.

I was thinking about your eye bolts as I leveled yesterday, great idea! I just used round headed screws, which are fine for the vinyl board liner. You have BJ57 on your boards?You can kinda see the eye hooks on the left side of the board.
Nope, granulated....have to shake it and tap it but it all goes thru.Given the small size of the basket holes I assume you are using powdered?

Might make a slightly thinner 'track' in the PDZ.... but, yeah, not a big deal.When I tilt the board, I thought the eye hooks being thinner would glide better. I don't think it really matters though.

I had to think about the eye hooks then it dawned that they keep the board at the proper height for leveling
I want to know what kind of "bubbly" you opened to christen the project....
