I know there are several breeds that are auto-sex I wondered if there was any I’ve missed?

Yes. I keep welbars and can say with certainty that they breed true and are delightful birds to keep. They have great personalities, calm, lay well, lay beautiful reddish brown eggs, don't go broody, have high fertility for incubating, and are easily sexed at hatch. I got mine from Strombergs and I believe they drop ship from Privet. I've raised several generations and they always breed true and are easily sexed.

And you can actually create your own by breeding in barring to breeds that have the chipmunk down (requires at least 3 generations) or by combining two autosexing breeds like breeding a welbar roo to a legbar hen to make auto sexing olive eggers.

Are Welbars an auto sexing breed?

Yes, Welbars are an auto-sexing breed. The males are a more faded color and the females have dark stripes on them.

What's the difference between auto sex and sex link?

Autosexing breeds true generation after generation and sex linking only works for the first crossing.

I don't know all the auto sexing breeds but Buff Orpingtions are not auto sexing.
