You are NOT ALONE! I've done the same thing - and also the "Is it seated right" foolishness. Zheesh - no wonder broody hens are so grouchy. There's always something else to remember!

I just re- set the counter to 20 days instead of 21 and the egg turner light came on, and they started automatically turning.

I just found this forum because I was having the same issue turns out I can’t read the simple directions right

The NR360 is NOT an intuitive beast to use. Much to my chagrin and embarrassment, I've had to go back over the instructions regularly, myself. I've since made a plastic pocket for them, to make sure they're protected and locatable!

Yes I checked and rechecked and rechecked a couple more times on all of these things

I’m having the same problem. It will turn manually by pressing the + and - I’ve tried pressing menu and - for 5 seconds. Still no auto.

Take the turner plate (the divided one with the ridges) out and flip it over. That was all I needed to do to get mine working again - and all DS needed to do to dub me "Einstein!".

I fixed the same problem you are having . I reset the hatching days to 20 instead of 21 and the turn indicator light turned on.

What is the turn indicator light? Mine will turn manually...but so far has not turned automatically.
