Ayam Cemani Cross Sapphire Gems???

Hello I had 2 sapphire hens I got from a lady who no longer wanted them and I already had younger (4hens and 1 roo) ayam cemani chickens and iv noticed my sapphire eggs are fertilized now that my roo is older now and I was curious what the chicks would come out as. Had any one else hatched out this cross before and have any pics??

No personal experience, but I would expect some black chicks and some blue chicks.

Some or all of the chicks will probably have dark skin similar to the Cemanis. That is more likely in daughters than in sons, but will depend on exactly which genes the Sapphire Gems have. You might have chicks that are sexable by skin color, or you might not, but you won't know for sure until you raise quite a few of them up to the age when you can check their sex by other methods.
