I have not. I have been ridiculously lucky with my animals. All of them. Never had a chicken or duck disease, never had a dog problem, never had a rabbit issue. Cats? Well there is another post in this forum about THAT one.

hahaha! I saw! I haven't had good luck with cats either =/ They run away! We have ALOT of cats in the neighborhood so I think they just don't wanna deal with the drama =P And always after I dump a wad of $ for vacc. and spay or neuter!! errrrr! We have a new kitty and she is staying IN! I can't see my kids get sad over another kitty, and I just hate the thought of her not being able to enjoy the outdoors though =/

Rabbits don't get wry neck, my friend. That is a poultry issue. Rabbits are mammals.

Look it up debi- they use "wry neck" to describe it all over the place =/ IAnd manybirds thanks. I will try to help the little guy but if I can't get it better it will have to be put down. I saw a video on youtube of a lady with a bunny with tilt and she said it was fine but I beg to differ =/ The poor thing!

its called "head tilt" and its very serious infection of the ears and very deadly in rabbits as the infection can quickly spread into the brain you really need to get your bunny into a vet ASAP. any rabbit displaying those symptoms can very quickly succomb to death as rabbits and other small animals go down hill very quickly. my rabbit died within 3 days day one she was active and normal just not eating day two she was active and normal still not eating day three day before her appointment to see the vet she stopped drinking and by that night was dead please hurry you bunny to the vet!

I saw that one, along with several others when googling 'wry neck in rabbits'. It seems it is most often caused by an inner ear infection but not always. I see nothing that says it is caused by ear mites.
This link may be helpful to the OP, but I would suggest taking the baby to a vet. http://www.bio.miami.edu/hare/tilt.html

a bad case of mites CAN cause a rabbit to tilt, but it's not the same as "head tilt" and the rabbit usually does a lot more shaking of it's head or scratching at it's ear.

Yes they do get wry neck. we've had some with it. the vet says they can get rye neck. other breeders know they can get wry neck. it is not a strictly poultry disease
