Baby bunny with a tilted head??***update with pics****

Rabbits don't get wry neck, my friend. That is a poultry issue. Rabbits are mammals.

it is treatable but you have to act fast. try that and then like said if it dosn't work put it down. We thought or rabbit with rye neck would be fine too. well much ripped skin (from rolling around and kicking and clawing at himself) extremely dirty coat, missing hair (from rolling), the one eye that was at the bottom getting infection and gross, getting skinny and eventually fly strike later it was too much. sometimes putting them down is the rite thing. some people will say other wise but if i was like that i would want someone to put me down.

We have a Dwarf Hotot buck that has been a little skittish since we got him and boxed my friend's hand everytime she reached into the cage. He never did this to me or anyone else but now when we go to pet him he jerks his head away by tilting it. When I hold him away from me he straightens it out and only does the tilt when his head is touched. I want advice before I go to the *ahem*vets*ahem* around here. He's new to the Rabbitry and has not warmed up to us. Also he's from a Rabbitry with well over one hundred rabbits so he wasn't handled as much as we do our own. Could he just be acting aggressive or could this indicate an infection? We've checked and no mites or mite damage are visible and the other Hotos--in the same room--don't have any problems with their health or personality. The doe we bought from the same Rabbitry is a bit shy but sweet as can be.

Thanks guys

I raise rabbits but the only time I've heard of that is with Wry Neck

I forgot to mention that the breeder we bought from is reputable and has award-winning stock and healthy rabbits. That's why I was thinking personality/psychological thing. I've seen wry neck in rabbits at other rabbitries and what he's doing isn't very similar.
