Baby chick attacked

Hello, my baby Chick got attacked a couple days ago by another chicken and her eye looks like this now, is she blind or can the eye be saved? Is there anything I can put in it?

It might be too soon to know if the eye is permanently damaged, but regular over-the-counter triple antibiotic ointment (like Neosporin) is safe to use in the eyes. I would gently rinse it with sterile saline, to clean out any dirt, then squeeze in a glob of Neosporin daily. Oh yeah, and separate her from the mean chicken!
