Baby chick has a sty?

Hi, am new to the forum. Have a question about my baby chick she has what might look like a sty next to her eye. I've been reading others post about watery eyes, or gunk in the eyes, and giving them Vitamin A, like the Enfamil Tri-vi-sol. I've been cleaning it with warm salt water, but it doesn't seen to help. She is eating and drinking ok. But the "sty" releases water/pus if i press it. I first noticed it 3 days ago. Not sure if am doing the right thing or not. Does anyone has had an experience like this with your baby chicks?

Some respiratory illnesses cause swelling in the sinuses near the eyes like that.

If is a respiratory problem? what should I do? Bring her to a vet?

There was a video (somewhere) I just saw how the gunk is expelled & the eye rinsed out with saline solution & the sinus flushed out...Can't recall where I saw it, sorry. You're in the right place to ask, WAIT to see what others with more experience have to recommend.
