Baby chick not doing well

Picked up some new baby chick yesterday we had a long drive home. One is not doing well. She is eating and drinking gave electrolytes. She was born the night before I picked her up. She is just droopy eyed and more lethargic then the others.
I was going to give her a egg yolk. Anything else I should do or just leave her be to rest?

Too hot can be worse than too cool.

From a certified hatchery in North Carolina. She is terribly small so I really hope she just needs rest!

It’s a large dog crate card board is just so they don’t slip out of the sides. Yes heat lamp but plenty of space to move around it or not always be directly under. My drive home was super long so maybe she was just to cool during that time?
