baby chick??? possibly sick..need advice

so I have 8 leghorns I just brought home about a week ago ..all seemed well till I noticed one is standing by herself feathers are ruffled out and she seems very sleepy..been watching her for the last hour and shes not really moving around just standing in one place and closing her eyes..any ideas?? all the other chicks are feeding ..pecking in such ..just seems odd..i picked her up and she churps ..also noticed some white runny stool
