Yes, unfortunately the little Scovy monsters do. You are right. They do need stimulation. I wonder if they would like Longmire, Pink Kink and a hot tub.

Yep they are all like puppies with feathers that is the only difference. lol Well I caved and let Opie inside that poor pitiful face I could resist anymore the neighbor will just have to understand.

I agree. Even in my cage. My tiny ducks fight and when I get home there's feathers all over the floor. I feel so bad. I know its cuz they're bored. That's why I let them loose soon as I am home.

I bet they can't wait for you to get home so they can fly around the house. Do they go back in their cage or do you have to put them in? They are so little and cute.

He wanted back out before she got here all she saw was feathers. lol

Ha, your chicken birds know about the grass seed.

Chickens are very observant. Anything new you plant they will dig it up. Like Patti said even if their in their coop they watch out the window to see what is going on in the yard.

I checked on the chickens yesterday and Bubba had Jr penned behind a nesting box pecking him. I don't think peace is going to rein in the coop this winter. I don't want to but I might have to shut Jr's cage door. I can't stand for him to be picked on.

Thank you Patty. I think so too. I stare at them and go into squee overload every time. Yes, they do get excited. Soon as that door opens, they rocket out of there and start beeping, hopping, flying, mating and perching where they shouldn't. Luckily as dusk approaches they go into their cage to sleep. It's a big help to me so that I don't have to try and grab them in the dark to put them in. How I do that is I remember where they are sitting, shut out the light, let my eyes adjust and then pick one up. Once in my hand I turn the light on and kiss his or her's head and cheeks and put in the cage, shut the door and go for the next. They are so teeny and soft and warm. That is why I am always going on about other's birds and being able to handle them. Other than having to put mine up occasionally, I can't handle mine.

At least he got to visit his Mom and tell her how miserable he is with the moulting and to please make it stop raining.

Oh no. I don't like that either. Too bad there isn't a safe substance to slip in their water so they don't do that. Mine could use it too. It's like mine molt with each other's help.
