baby duck with lots of problems

:gig :lau   OhMyGersh...I can't take it.  You guys are killing me.  Seriously...tears running down my face!

@Julie Bird
- get a load of these characters!
Debs, this has got to be the most entertaining thread about skyping, the letter K, multi tasking, Uno being babysat, bandsaws, skinny dipping masked Mafioso Drake, tokens, you subsidising the skyping, Bugs in duck food, horse finches, and leftovers. It does not get any better than this.

It's partly, or primarily, an ill thought out and badly designed IM product. You can have mine if you want it. I only use it with people who won't switch to a more functional IM application.

Some people also use it for voice over IP calls. I have never been tempted to try it for that since the IM part of it makes me want to throw my laptop through the window.

Best to you always, Miss Lydia  :)
u r so funny, throw it out the window. To be honest Ive never done it and would not know how to. Is it the same thing as face time?

So you want multi ducklings doing multi tasks. Que Sera thinks she can handle the whole thing so she wants double tokens.

Rhonda Runner can vouch for her she does a great job when babysitting the young one.

I've got to mop the kitchen floor tomorrow so I thought what the heck I'll bring Uno and Que Sera in at the same time. Uno stuck to Que Sera like glue. She showed him the ropes how you can stand in front of the oven and see yourself. The green towel that she claims as her own, she showed him how soft it was to lay on.she showed him the dogs water bowl. Que Sera would take the bottom of her bill and run it from his neck down his back. It looked like she was petting him. She did it at least five times that I saw. It brought tears to my eyes because I thought about the way she loved Turbo.

Good night everyone thanks for the laughs.

Patty

The naming was your first mistake, and I can give you much advice about mistakes, because I know people who've made some. People I know have made many, almost innumerable, mistakes. I've gained more familiarity with mistakes from that than it might seem on the surface, so I'll explain what you did wrong here early on.

Ducks get to know their names, believe me. You've got a duck named Que Sera and a duck named Uno. What that means is "whatever will be one." They're trying to glue themselves together because they think that's what they're supposed to do, be "one." If you get another you name Colle, there will be no turning back. Do not under any circumstances name anything Poele because that's going to work out to be whatever will be one all glued to the stove, and you really don't want to go there. I know I don't want to go there. I'm really pretty weirded out at the thought of it.

You're all quacking me up!  ;)   (well, except for the bugs in the duck food...ick!)

I do hereby request video so I can watch Que Sera Skype with Opie.  I'll give ya $10!  Patty, keep holding that little Uno baby and he/she will hopefully be another good cuddle buddy for you.

Julie, dear, LOVE your motorized horse almost as much as I LOVE your finch-ducks.
heehee, thanks Debs. I love my minis. My tiny duck was doing lots of hovering like a hummingbird and I said to her, "you are not a hummoose.". But seriously, she can kinda hover in one place for some time. It's cute. My Drake finch can't. I need to try and film her from my phone and load it in here. Will need TheDrake's help for that.

It gets much better, Julie, and I need you to get with and stay with the program. You're on my short list for my hubby reality show. You forgot missing deck stain, mopping floors, pasta, and mistakes people make. The last is a sad and dreadful topic, and I don't blame you for avoiding it. I avoid it every chance I get.

You're the sweetest person ever, and the world could do with a lot more like you

You're funny and brilliant. Keep it up. Entertaining.

Awe, thank you Jade. And the same to you. It is fascinating how life's minutae is not so much. You add it all up, combined in its entirety and you then discover the horrendous mistakes that have taken on an insidious life of their own.

This is the most entertaining thing to read and be apart of. I love waking up to new stories and checking them throughout the day, never fails to make me smile and laugh
