Maybe try drinking it down until it matches as close to her weight as you can get, then mark a line on the outside where the liquid level is at... then Kathy can use same level in a can and weigh it to get close/approx weight...

But if she's 2/3 the weight of the can, that would make her 8 ounces? 8 ounces = ~227 grams, so if she were mine and weighed 227 grams I would give oral Tylan at 0.25 ml twice a day.

@Gwen Fuller , you should know that the tylosin (Tylan) dose for chickens, turkeys, ducks, etc. is *much* higher than it is for cattle, and unlike cattle, it supposed to be given at least twice a day.

If it's going to work you should see improvement in 24-48 hours. If not, you will want to buy a different antibiotic, maybe something like Baytril, and that you will have to order from a pigeon or game bird site.
