I'm so sad to say that my little baby held on as long as it could. It passed away just moments ago. My heart is breaking!It shouldn't need to drink yet - I think chicken chicks and ducklings can go for three days before needing food or water to give the rest of the clutch time to hatch and catch up.
Time to call in someone who knows ducks though if you think it's belly isn't looking good - hopefully someone is about who can help:
