Yes they started as pimple and each day I went to check on them they got bigger and bigger. They are so big now that it's shut the eyes of the turkeys

It will run it's course, and you should keep infected ones separated. How many are infected? And I would remove that scab on the lest eye of the one pictured, though I suspect it might be too late to save the eye.thank you for your response. I think that there is a strain that just turkeys get, one that chickens get, and one that pigeons get, but I'm not positive.I have 3 turkeys and all 3 have it. I also have 3 welsummer chicken but they don't seem to have the fowl pox. I just see them on the turkeys
