Yes they started as pimple and each day I went to check on them they got bigger and bigger. They are so big now that it's shut the eyes of the turkeys

thank you for your response. I'm starting to think it's fowl pox does it run its course? Should I keep them separate from my other chickens?
It will run it's course, and you should keep infected ones separated. How many are infected? And I would remove that scab on the lest eye of the one pictured, though I suspect it might be too late to save the eye. :(

You need to carefully remove them and all pus from the eyes so they can see.

I have 3 turkeys and all 3 have it. I also have 3 welsummer chicken but they don't seem to have the fowl pox. I just see them on the turkeys

I think that there is a strain that just turkeys get, one that chickens get, and one that pigeons get, but I'm not positive.

My turkeys have had fowl pox so bad it closes their eyes up, usually just one eye. I personally don't mess with the lesions, they heal up without any help from me. It doesn't necessarily seem to spread beyond a couple of them, and has never spread to any other species like my chickens and ducks. As long as they are eating and drinking I let them be.
