Welcome to BYC! I'm new too! Where I live, chickens are also illegal, so I feel your pain. Since my neighbors didn't mind chickens, we got to keep some (once we even had 4 at the same time) and this went on for 2 years until someone lodged a complaint. I was heartbroken. But that will never stop me! In the spring, I may get more after checking with my neighbors again (I think that they were the ones to complain). Anyways, you should try fighting in court or secretly keep them in your backyard. Good luck!
