Bad Dog! I need suggestions here

a picture of sweetness and good intentions, I can see a pic is worth a thousand words...you sure his name isn't SugarBoy? You might try giving him a dish towel all for his own...to carry, sleep w/and wrestle with. A fleece blankie of his own might help...just a soft enough and big enough one to sleep on or use as a personal pillow and all things else;)

Well then I have to say that they are at least partially responsible for what your dog did, they trained him to come over and play. While yes he sould not have gotten out of your yard, he should also not know how to use their dog door, nor should he think of that house as his playground. I would be livid if a neighbor took my dog off my property without me knowing. I don't want them being trained to wander!

While I would be responsible for what he did if it were me I would kindly also tell them that he is not be encouraged to be over there anymore. They may have already thought of this but also suggest that they find a way to lock or block the dog door, that is a common way for robbers (the human kind) to get in anyway.

A backpack works great for pits! or a cart if you want to get fancy. It gives them a job and wears them out mentally. I'm sorry that it happened but it is a little funny

My corgi helps me with gardening and tending to the chickens with her little backpack it is super cute and she loves it.

Ok, what's funny is him going and getting things and bringing them one by one into our yard. What's NOT funny is that thy weren't ours!!! we only have one item left to repair then it is finished, but still.....

Oh, Debbie, I'm sorry but that is just too funny! Until I read farther and saw the photo of the dog, I was sure he was green and named "Grinch"! You sure he wasn't confusing the neighbors with the who's in whoville?

Deb, your story with the dog breaking in over at the neighbors reminds me of the bloodhounds on A Christmas Story...I think they called them the Bumpus's Dogs. They broke in and ate all the turkey and stuff.
