Please advise, I've never had to deal with an eye injury like this. Not sure what I should put on it. I don't know how she got it, just came out an hour after I had last seen her and discovered it. I have vetericyn ophthalmic gel on hand.

Is her eye still there under the raw tissue? Did you witness what happened? For most eye injuries, I would use saline eye wash and apply a small dab of Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin twice a day.
Yes, you can kind of see the eye in the 3rd photo of my second post. It looks like the eye is still there and then the top part is swollen with some tissue/dry blood hanging out. I did not see it happen unfortunately. She did sneak out of her run, so it could have been a piece of fence or she does pick fights sometimes, so could be a pecking injury.
I do not have saline eye wash on hand, I would have to get some tomorrow. Will the vetericyn gel work for tonight? I do have neosporin.

So for the saline eye wash, is it a sterile eye wash? There is a "saline solution," but it isn't sterile. Then there's plain saline but not specified for eyes. And then a eye wash that is sterile. Which one would be the best option?

I use the Bausch and Lomb eye relief eye wash for myself and animals. The Vetericyn eye gel is fine for now. Many feed stores sell Terramycin ointment if you ask for it. But I would use plain Neosporin if that is not available.

This is what her eye looks like today. I ordered some terramycin, and it is arriving today. Should I use the terramycin instead of the neosporin even if there are no signs of infection?

Just wanted to update. I did end up using the terramycin until her eye was fully healed. The tissue continued to get smaller until I could no longer see it, and the swelling went down over time.
This is her today.

It was lucky that the damage turned out to not include the eye itself. It appeared worse to me when I first saw it, but I am glad that it turned out to be less severe than originally thought. She has made a full recovery. Thank you @Eggcessive for your advice
