This is just my opinion, but I think the right foot may be lost up to the color line leaving a stump at the ankle. The footpads on the left are going to be damaged, but soaking daily in betadine or chlorhexidene may help to minimize infection. When a foot is lost there will need to be something placed on the stump for awhile to pad it. I haven’t dealt with frostbite on this level, but it takes several weeks to a month before the foot may come off. Antibiotics would be a good idea to use. So sorry that she is probably in pain.

***Update!***

My bird is doing well. Hoppy! Unfortunately, she did lose her right foot, she has a stub now. She is learning to walk again.. her left foot, shes losing her toes there too, just not as bad!! I have been wrapping up with neosporin and clean gauze. Feel bad for her.. antibiotics in water. Hope she gets better

Thank you so much for this update and pictures. It really helps others to see that she is doing well with just the one foot. When her foot heals, she should start to form a callous on the skin. I would use a little vet wrap and padding to make a dressing. You also could check into making a peg leg so that she has better balance. Some kids in our area made a chicken a 3 D printer leg, kind of like the new blade legs that amputees wear to run on. Here are some articles and links to read:
