Yes. We have a country vet with 2 that are familiar with chickens. I will get an appointment tomorrow if they can squeeze me in.

It's possible... often the ones that re a little under the weather because of something like Marek's get picked on.

He was in a fight. Combs will bleed a lot, though it usually looks a lot worse than it actually is. The “mold” and beige bits are debris that stuck to his face. It looks like bits of feathers and leaves.

Thank you. I didn't want to pick at anything in fear I'd cause more bleeding. I'm going to take him to vet tomorrow.

Hello, looks like a fight, but his eyes look a little weird to me. Was he vaccinated for Marek's?

I think his eyes look funny because he’s had fowl pox and his face probably healed up a little disfigured giving him that wide eyed look. I had a rooster like that too.

It does look a little washed out in the closeup but he’s also in bright sunlight in the pic.

This is the membrane
