Bad leg problems

I bought some children’s liquid Advil today for him. I’ve got the dosage as 1.5 ml twice a day. Any idea as to how long I should do this for him? 3/5/7 days??
Someone recently posted that their vet prescribed childrens ibuprofen at 5 mg/kg, so 7.5 / 2.2 x 5 / 20 = 0.85 ml twice a day.

The info I found says that twice that amount can be given, but I have not used it, so I would be inclined to use the amount that the other member was told to use. Let me see if I can get her to comment here.
Ok so help. I just tried to give the liquid Advil orally. I just put the dropper up under the side of his bill. Afterwards I gave him a bowl of water to wash it down. He kept drinking and drinking then basically threw all the water up (which I’ve never seen before). What does that mean? Did I get the Advil in his esophagus?

It's possible that it upset his digestive tract.

As long as it’s not an esophagus thing. I can’t see how it would be knowing where I put the dropper in but it got me scared. I guess from now on it’s Advil on top of oats!
I think you mean trachea thing. the trachea goes to the lungs, the esophagus goes to the crop.
