bad neighbor

another person that hasnt read everything ive typed huh?

YES im crabby, ive been woke early 4 days a week for a few months now.


for the second, third,maybe 4rth time..

my rooster doesnt usually crow early, unless that dog wakes it up!

its first few crows of the day are from within the top of the tractor coop thing in the REAR of my yard, as far away from all 4 adjacent neighbors houses as it can be, with wooded, vacant lot behind it.

so NO, I hardly ever hear the rooster early in the mornings, BUT i hear dogs starting as early as 5:30 am.

i REFUSE to modify my home, or endanger myself, or my family, because some inconsiderate bad neighbor wont buy and use a bark collar!

i outlined several attempts to "block out" a noise that shouldnt be there in the first place.

i have not blamed anyone for any problems, EXCEPT lack of sleep, and the inconsiderate neighbor that is to blame for it.

Actually I did read the whole thread, it's what made me think about what a jerk you are. So anyway, I guess that your only option is to call the cops on your neighbor. Go for it.
