Baffled by this lady?

Is the coloration unique or common. Obviously I'm learning and scratching my head a lot. Had 14 chicks, 5 are roosters. He is low man on the totem pole in the flock. Should I try to sell him or what?

With Easter Eggers that's kind of a loaded question -because they come in such a wide variety of colors and patterns. His coloration isn't all that unique, but he is a very nice looking bird.
