Baker's Grease...GREAT STUFF for making your cakes FALL OUT of the pan

I made up this "grease" last night - 1/3 cup of each (thought I had a 1/4 cup measure in my hand - that's what late night cookin' will do to you). Just took two loaves of 100% whole wheat bread out of the oven and they released from the pans just great! I'll still use the spray for the foil loaf pans as they are more flimsy. But everything else will get this homemade *baker's joy* - thanks for this recipe and tip! It works great!
 
I thought I had added to this post but I made some with organic ingredients and it works great. everything slides out so nicely and I still have some in the fridge. I have used it for just about everything cakes, muffins, pies ect and it is fantastic
