Bald patches on 7 week old chick

One of our newest 7 week old chicks, a Barnevelder named Dame Eggy Smith, has been lagging behind the others in most things (all things really). As we're preparing them to join our big girls next week, I'm concerned about her slow feathering, specifically a bald patch on her neck, and if she'll be ready to be outdoors full time.
While we live in NYC and are expecting the weather to only get warmer, it was only 60F today. They've been spending time outside for regular playdates with the big girls and she's seemed fine, but that's way different than being full time outside.
Photos attached. She's got a few "frizzled" feathers right now, esp some around her neck that further expose the bald spot.
Any thoughts would be helpful.

if there are any other chickens in the pen with her, then they are probably pecking at her and i suggest that you put a pen inside the coop so the other chickens can see her and get used to her and then once its been one or two days then let her out and see if she does better. she will probably get pecked a little at first, but after a while (like five or ten minutes) they should stop. hope this is helpful!

Thank you for the thoughtful suggestion. This isn't a pecking injury. She was slow feathering from the beginning and they just never grew in on her neck for some reason. 🤷‍♀️ The little girls have been outside with the big girls for 2 weeks now (with a dog crate on its side in the run for them to get away if they need to) and all are doing really well and are integrating beautifully. Eggy's feathers have filled out everywhere else but she still has that bald spot on her neck. It's very funny looking, but you can only really tell when she extends her neck. 😂
