Bald spot

Hello my chicken has a bald spot and it looks crusty and scabby. I think they may be molting but this looks bad. Any ideas?

How many chickens do you have and how big is your coop and run?
Do you notice any of them being a bully?

I have four there outside most of the time free range. I just saw one peck another one!!!!!!

The one that pecked is the only one with intact feathers

I would separate her from the others for a few days using the see no touch method.
