bantam cochin frizzle, cockerel or pullet?

Im a little stuck on this guy! they are around 8 weeks old. Are they a cockerel or pullet? too young to tell?

Sometimes that can be to early to tell. But in this instance.. comb and wattle development for the stated age is very obviously a cockerel.

Thank you guys! I was just hoping because he was developing the slowest out of all the frizzles i got they all turned out to be roosters. Darn!
